It’s time to celebrate the birthday of a very good friend and comrade. Phillip I know you will certainly enjoy this birthday as you are one year wiser and one year stronger. I would even venture to say one year younger. Remember…..”I’m in a dancing mood .” Thank you for always standing with me over the years. Happy birthday Phillip Paulwell!!!!
This is my coming to America dancer’s practicing their heart off for my wedding; the wedding was planned a year before anyone I knew got married!! coming to America themes are rose pedal girls, pink dress, gold dress, fire works, dancers, horse&carriage and fire works if the city would of approved it I would of had fire works not cheap hand sparklers!! I am proud of my dancers they watch the movie just to see every dance move; it wasn’t easy they practice none stop to get the moves right!! Please don’t compare my wedding to anyone but the movie coming to American; I try my best to put my audience in the mind of the movie my dancers did a great job!! 10 years from now if I decide to renew my vows I will try to copy the movie to the T!!
When she finally did reply back, it was to say that she couldn’t take it anymore and that she was planning to run away. I somehow talked her out of it and made her start writing and photographing at home as an outlet for her emotions, which she now shares on Instagram. She’s in a healthy place today, and much happier.
I found out later that when she emailed me the first time, she was at her lowest––she was contemplating suicide. And she contacted me as a last resort. It was probably the best decision too because all she really needed was a sympathetic ear, and she found that in me. So believe me, when you desperately need hope, someone will be there to save you. All you need to do is reach out. Like she did.
